Returns Policy

Reserve the Right to Change Your Mind
Life is too short for regrets so if you must cancel an order, we are here. Orders must be cancelled in writing by email to customerservices@jollybark.ca. Orders cancelled before the order has been shipped (most orders ship within 24 hours) are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund less shipping and handling.

Return to Sender
It is okay if you want to send your purchase back. We won’t take it personally. We gladly accept returns of any items ordered from www.JollyBark.ca within the first 30 days of placing your order. Items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Jolly Bark within 30 days of the date of purchase to start a return request and authorization.

To return a product, please start by emailing us at customerservices@jollybark.ca to arrange for approval. Please include the date of original purchase, order number, and items being returned. A Jolly Bark representative will contact you within five business days to approve or deny your return.

All returns are subject to the prior approval of Jolly Bark. Items returned without approval of Jolly Bark may not be eligible for return or exchange. When returning product, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Jolly Bark products ordered at a retail location must be returned to the point of purchase (no exceptions).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Here at Jolly Bark we want you to love your purchase. In the event you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at customerservices@jollybark.ca to arrange for exchange approval. Before starting an exchange, please review the following exchange guidelines:

All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
Jolly Bark does not pay for return shipping and does not arrange for shipping of product to Jolly Bark.

Refund and exchange requests outside of the 30-day purchase window will not be honoured.

Provided the aforementioned guidelines are met, please feel free to contact us about your exchange. Please include the date of original purchase, order number, and items being returned in the body of the email. A Jolly Bark representative will contact you within five business days with approval or denial of your exchange request. Items returned without the approval of Jolly Bark may not be eligible for exchange.

Customers seeking an exchange will receive a one-time credit towards new product of equal or lesser value.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
A Jolly Bark representative will contact with a return address to return your product. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
